That reminder has probably just made up hundreds of minds not to renew.
And the club will be better off without people like that at games.
I get the feeling some of the noisy ones who will claim they won't be renewing don't have a season ticket in the first place.

It is a strange process that by caring you prolong someones suffering.
It should be legal and not leave people having to go to places like Switzerland to do this, leaving family members open to charges for helping someone do so by going with them.

Always comes across as attention hungry.
Agree with the comments about talking on behalf of others, people seem to do in the hope some will come with them on their whinge. For record I feel as engaged/disengaged with the club as I have always done.

Alan Simonsen did indeed play for Charlton in this game. The visitors actually had 2 players sent off in the 2nd half - Mark Aizlewood & Derek Hales (Hales had also been sent off against us in the away game earlier in the season, thereby recording an unusual double). We were only 2-1 up at half tim...

I thought it was advice at first now I think it is a threat, sounds like a job for Edward Woodward

Odd about the stadium and crowds. The old ground used to be a real bear pit.
Agreed, a proper football ground was the old one. Always had an edge unlike the sterile boring place they moved to

It's about attempting to get a result by giving a chance to players that haven't had a fair chance this season after 3 wins in 26 games, so why not try something different by giving the players that were instrumental in our season last season, cos the players selected so far are not doing very well...

A Leeds 9-0 hammering vs Man City in the FA Cup final followed by a next day 6-0 hammering by Coventry in the play off final would be as good a football weekend as there has been since 2009.
Leeds losing both to Coventry would be even better and funnier.

And that is why I question the view that we will walk the championship next season: I think we are in for a decade of reality: that we are a mid-table championship side
Currently mid table in the championship are teams like Plymouth, Cardiff & Bristol City. Is that what you think is our level ?

They have lost 17 games in the Championship so far in just 1 season, can't comment on how they performed last night but it is a one off cup tie and football history is full of minnows raising their game in these games.

You really don’t understand how termination clauses in contracts work, do you? No club in the world pays out entire contracts up front and won’t pay the full remaining liability at all. There will be two scenarios, as JR1882 and GIADJ pointed out: 1. A lump sum payment. That might be a year (25%) o...

Someone on UTC who has never seen VK’s contract or been able to establish whether there’s a termination clause of a lower value than the sum of his remaining wages, speculates that we’d have to pay up his entire contract and…. Voila!….suddenly the UTC cognoscenti have settled on £20m. That's how it...
