Beavertown Neck Oil is my go-to beer at home and when I’m out and find it on draught that’s me set for the night.

Just watched the second one tonight. Prison dramas are often too cliched, and whilst this does have some of the obvious ingredients there’s a lot of depth to the story. Great performances by both Graham and Bean too.

True he did and he looked decent, however there's a world of difference between being fit and being match fit, especially after such a long spell on the side-lines as he's endured this past few months, and normally after that type of lengthy absence it takes most players 3-5 games to get back up to...

Now, now be careful criticising Gareth Southgate you'll upset his fan club on here. And I agree we'll regret not taking JWP mainly for his set piece delivery, after all it's not like England create loads of chances from open play is it, 2 games this week and the grand total of 1 goal from open play...

The Supporter's Groups have been asking this question of the Club for weeks now but still no response. We appreciate that until the Club know exactly just how many fans will be allowed on, they're not in a position to accept payments for Phase 2 renewals and, therefore, until this is sorted they ca...

Re: England v Austria
My biggest gripe with Southgate is that he doesn’t give Gabriel Clarke a right hook. How anyone can stand there listening to, and providing a polite answer to his questioning, is beyond me! Jeez, how tedious was that? Great use of his time, asking 5 slightly differently worded questions about TAA t...

I've got this really good idea: 4 midgets (am I allowed o say that?) across the back... Any high ball that gets challenged is a free kick to us and probably a booking for them... can't fail, can it? It will probably fail every time the ball is played above their heads for the attackers to challenge...

I'm not having that. How could he have known where the defender's head was? was he reckless for jumping really high? He doesn’t have to know where the defenders head is for it to be a reckless foul. It was a huge leap. Like a basketball player. But a foul doesn’t have to be deliberate to be a yellow card offence. It was reckless, therefore a yellow.

Exactly, he couldn't have even seen the defender. OK, so if the ref thinks it's a foul does that mean it's worth a yellow card? There was no intent to foul. Come on man. You said he wouldn’t get away with ‘winning fouls’ if he played for Burnley. Yet we have a player who we all know is very good at ‘winning fouls’ and far less discreetly than Grealish. So what is stupid about the comparison?

The funny thing is that for all his "gamesmanship" nothing good has actually come of it. So I would ask him to stay on his feet and actually go past someone. It wasn’t gamesmanship though. Not sure why. A number of players are yet to join the squad so absolutely no harm in Lingard filling in. I’d rather him play and create chances for Kane and the like than play someone out of position just for the sake of it.

Comical overreaction to the squad selection. I think people just want to stick the boot into Southgate and would have done so no matter which 26 he selected. As NC93 asks, who exactly should have made the cut? You can make a case for Lingard, without a doubt. But he’s a fair bit down the pecking ord...

Re: Why are we?
1.) We don’t have a good free kick specialist, and we rarely get free kicks in goalscoring positions.
2.) We set up defensively when we win a throw-in, which means that all of our players are in position to do their defensive duties if we lose possession, which we often do.

That theory is somewhat ignoring the £130m we secure by staying up. Tarks is not just an established PL CB that has kept us in this league for 5+ seasons, he’s done it playing in our system and alongside Mee. I think he significantly improves our chances of staying up every year. Even another exper...

Re: Tarky to stay.
Possibly but if Stoke's valuation of Nathan Collins is anywhere near accurate we'll struggle to get better than Tarky even for £20m or so, and it's such a key area for us that we have to get this signing right, if we don't it'll probably lead to our relegation, that's how vital it is for us. Nobody seems to factor in that will have more money to put towards his replacement should we get a fee for him. We’ll be able to sign a better player with 72.5% of £20m than 72.5% of 0.
