Standard PL, you could be right, but he's definitely at the top end of the quality scale in our squad. However if he wants to go, and assuming we get a reasonable fee, we shouldn't stand in his way. Is it a decent season for them? Didn't their owners set out some wildly optimistic targets; Europe then CL within 4 years or something? I don't care what the owners set out, a solid midtable finish is about right for them especially after they lost one of the best strikers in the league to injury.
