Needs to find a bit of oomph because he's just not guaranteed to give 100% for the entire season, that's why Tuchel didn't want him and why other clubs haven't been clamouring to sign him on loan etc.

When a player is young, ie a kid, and developing then that has when they should be encouraged to use both feet.
After they've matured it's much harder to learn to use both feet with equal skill.
