Issue sorted. The conversion rate for the new meter (metric) to kwh is different from the conversion rate for the previous Imperial meter. My mate manages his daughters U13 team and they are scoring 8 or 9 per game and are absolutely fearless. They also haven't conceded a goal for 14 months so he could probably do both Tony Loughlan and Billy Mercer's jobs on his own and do it better

I always sent in monthly reads. Check with your supplier or on your old bills that they were used and if they were check the removal read of your old meter is correct and in line with those reads.
