No pace, no strength, decent feet, can’t finish his tea. Him and Vydra up top would provide a solid worst miss competition at the end of the season.

Re: Alan….? Alan….? Are you there, Alan?

There's some real proper half-wits out there demanding he speaks and talking about their "rights" to know the financial position etc. We're about to go into a firesale. The last thing we need right now is other clubs knowing the finer details on our financial position. We need to max our revenue an...

How about, who’ll be the first play THROUGH the door? Stop being so negative. There’s no doom and gloom around Turf Moor this morning, disappointment, yes, but also a steely resolve to smack plan B into action! Because there’s already threads on that. Pace is perfectly entitled to make the offer. Garlick is perfectly entitled to decline the offer. Therefore, without shunning Pace from any blame, there is more towards the latter, for me. If this miss was a one off, I’d have loads of sympathy, but it isn’t. He probably continues a reasonable long list of players who score in the German league, but can’t convert it with any sort of similar regularity to the premier league. We need to hope that Jay is fit for Sunday.
