As I said on the other thread last month, short of signatures I know for a fact that this deal is done. If it doesn’t happen 1 of the 2 parties have made a massive ‘U turn’.

In relation to the Jan window, both the club and Jay tried to make it happen but they were unable to line the finances up

There are some outstanding fund managers out there if you do a bit of research. I would always recommend investing in a fund or preferably a few funds to diversify your portfolio and this is coming from a guy who made a lot of money trading the internet bubble on the way up and shorting the bubble ...
