Re: Making the league more even
Perhaps one day the PL will be expanded a bit from 20 up by letting others apply to enter. And the divisions a bit like the nfl with play-offs and a superbowl type PL final, keeps more clubs in contention for longer and no relegation. Could go to say 36 teams which I think the nfl number. God forbi...

Non of this would be required if players and their agents weren’t taking mega millions out of the game.
We’d have top class stadiums & affordable tickets. And possibly a sporting chance on the field for all 20 teams, not just the “big 6”

It’s looking like Kompany will be filed along side the likes of Bobby Moore, Bobby Charlton etc. great players who never made the transition to managers.

Of course it’s not always easy but I have found that even though I still love my club my interest in ‘football’ has wained, due to the money involved and the PL in particular, which is only now ever about money and ‘the brand’. Back of a fag packet numbers. They’ve made 57 correct interventions in 230 games. If the ref makes a decision every minute, some including play-on. We have 20,700 decisions. This means the game is going to hell in a hand cart for the sake of 0.00005% (I made that number up) decisions.
