If he continues to get game time with Hull I doubt he will want to come back here as a bench warmer next season
If we can make a financial profit from him this summer he will likely be gone
It's all part of VK's project

He has to spend some of BFC’s money somewhere. Shame he didn’t provide Dyche with some more in the season we signed Dale Stephens.
Maybe ALK had already told him to hold that money back for themselves ?

I think this ' lack of physicality' thing is being really overstated with Benson, considering the treatment he got last season.
This "lack of physicality" runs through the whole squad
Too many lightweights signed this summer
Hence our current league position

Re: Let’s talk about Benson!

Simple question
If VK doesn't fancy him at this level or has had a fall out with him,
Why hasn't he just let him go either on loan or transfer as he clearly doesn't feel the need to start him
Just one of a number of baffling decisions by a manager who looks way out of his depth at this level

The back 5 is the main platform for any team
Slightly disagree
A strong spine throughout the team is usually considered to be more important
We don't have a strong GK or a strong CM
And both these weak areas continue to cost us

I’m not sure Cullen is up to it in the PL and would need to need two others close to him in the middle for it to work. Maybe in a 4141 or 451 with him holding.
