I cannot believe people are criticising roberts for that 2nd goal. Completely ignoring the non entity of the ‘challenge’ by THB, Vitinho nowhere to be seen for the cross, THB taking up the LCB role instead of Taylor and the lack of closing down for the shot to the goal.

Tella down the middle, cork on for Barnes. The best bfc is with Vitinho at rb maatsen lb Bayer and THB in the middle. This defence is all over the place.

Oh god, not the old AblueClaret position switcharoo game.
It all started with Bikey to cm, then let’s put Elliott in cm, then let’s put trippier at rw, and in more recent times, Taylor at lw, tarks in cm, McNeil in cm, Vitinho at rw, now THB in midfield. It’s a very weird obsession.

Weghorst couldn’t hit a cow’s ar5e with a banjo when it was needed last season. If he had done his job we wouldn’t be in the Championship now. He has 3 in 9 playing in an absolute pub league. Kiraly was the definition of a goalkeeping clown. I’m still undecided on the gk but he is still young, is a big presence in goal, and is still learning. Plus we are playing in a new system. I think we have had a good start. A sign of a good team is to play bad and still not lose.
