I hate people smoking full stop but it's the pure ignorance of these morons who flagrantly disregard no smoking signs and even abuse members of hospital staff and visitors who point out that there is no smoking allowed anywhere in hospital grounds

Yes people smoke outside shops supermarkets etc and they are allowed to do this
But not in Hospital grounds where they are not allowed to and it's a Hospital ffs
Unfortunately they just don't give a sh1t

I know that basically some of these smokers are addicts but ffs not in Hospital grounds and right next to entrances right next to where people are passing by
