Re: Ronaldo's interview with Piers Moron
Everything about Ronaldo is ego related, he criticises ex team mates for speaking the truth yet praises the ones who praise him. He can't accept the truth. Even Portuguese fans don't want him starting at the World Cup, he's 37 slowing down and not anywhere close to what he once was. The reason Unit...

Not forgotten about it just think it’s the wrong time, wrong place and wrong set up. I’m English through and through but am struggling to get enthusiastic about our team or chances. Far more important game today !

There seems to be a lot of different opinions about cruises on here. My wife and I have done over 50 cruises and have had many interesting, funny and sad experiences. Just seen the goals (about 10 times for each one) - for the first their guy collects ball from the throw and 3 of our defenders try (and fail miserably) to tackle him. As with a lot of the goals we have conceded we get dragged out of possession. Second goal - we are out in trouble by the long ball o...

Plenty of bad ones but in 1999 Burnley 0 Gillingham 5 followed by Burnley 0 Man City 6 spring to mind. In recent times I did not enjoy Burnley 0 Watford 0 last season. Dire performance with dire weather. I was working in Sittingbourne at the time and the office had several Gills supporters. Fortuna...

No way were we rubbish. This is a new team with quite a few young players who are experiencing Championship football for the first time. Pre season friendly away at Folkestone - one of three games played there (others were I think against Maidstone and QPR). When we played the home club game was abandoned due to floodlight failure. How many world beaters do we or did we have ? Arguably Pope and Tarkowski - both were immense for us yet also capable of mistakes. Cornet looked outstanding at times yet missed some sitters. Collins looks to have bags of potential and has age on his side but again made mistakes. Weghorst looked good...

Maybe they just wouldn’t see him as a big enough name, or exciting for the fans. He’s better than what they currently have in my opinion.

I was born in Burnley in February 1962. Lived in Colne until my dad was offered a job in Kent in 1968. Burnley was the only team I could ever support and most of the games I have seen would have been at Griffin Park, Brisbane Road, Plough Lane and the Priestfield Stadium. It has been amazing to see ...

My wife has a history of DVTs abs blood clots - last of which resulted in her being in intensive care in Rio for 6 weeks. She is now on permanent blood thinners - apixaban - she says that you should be resting the leg as her DVTs moved - so take it easy and hopefully the blood thinners should help.

The shackles certainly seem to have been lifted and there is a new found confidence or positivity about the group. Another factor might also be that some are playing for a new contract and there is also the small matter of a bonus for staying up.

Agree about Richarlison (or mattress as he spends most of his time on his back) but I suspect that the Geordies would prefer us to stay up rather than Everton as they would see us as more likely to struggle next year than the Toffees.
