I’m looking forward to watching this tonight. A part of me wishes it was us involved. The local derbies, Blackpool aside, were very enjoyable last season.

If anyone is thinking of going to O’Neils at Kings Cross or The Rocket near Euston station or infact any of the Nicholson pub chain go onto the pub website and ‘sign up’. Re: Arsenal info

Probably about a 35 minute walk up to the ground but there are two quality pubs fairly close to Angel station that I'd recommend; the Island Queen and Earl of Essex. Not sure if there are any other good ones that are much closer to the ground? From memory most of the ones around Highbury and Isling...

Those looking for a pub crawl, I suggest getting the tube to Angel and you’ll have a 35 - 40 minute walk to the the Emirates. Lots of pubs on the way up.

The good and bad of VAR ….. missed (or decided against) two clear reds and then used well for the offside, Sterling dive and the penalty and subsequent sending off of Romero.

It’s been like that in the PL for a lot of years now. The Football League ensured any clashes were rectified with a change in colour for the away team but they have also relaxed the rule in recent seasons. Socks must still be different colours/shades hence us having to wear white socks at Brentford ...

Might be controversial but I think it’s time to do away with ‘Heroes’ and ‘Times Like These’ and a change brought in. Just hope it’s not the run of the mill ‘Freed From Desire’ etc that everyone seems to play.

Didn’t go to this one thankfully but remember getting absolutely drenched away at Hull in early 90’s around Christmas time.

I think the last time I went to Wolves was about 20 years ago. Fairly sure we lost 3-0 and seem to recall Denis Irwin scoring a free kick? Believe we were also down to 10 men after about 5 minutes. Awful day.

Away pub is usually the Mello Mello about 15 minutes walk away. Not the most salubrious looking of joints but it serves a purpose.

Pubs and bars in the centre are more than welcoming enough.

I’m not sure we’ve taken this allocation before for a league game. We did for the season after we’d first gone up under Dyche. The club trialled a ‘pre sale’ idea to gather interest before informing Arsenal of our intended allocation. It must have worked well as we took the full allocation and sold...
