Re: Ghostbusters
Personally, these are films I enjoyed as a child. Understood more as an adult (I.e. the humour) and as such have a special place in my growing up. I take your point but isn’t that the definition of nostalgia? Probably, but I just don't like films that are aimed at kids. Adults who like Harry Potter...

Re: Ghostbusters
I've never understood the urge to watch a film because I liked the same thing as a child. For example, I was into star wars as a kid, but I couldn't give a toss about the franchise now.
Each to their own I suppose.

Re: Stockport-Bolton (BBC 2)
Whatever the reason -----it should not have happened and the officials have to take the blame because they are in charge of the match. Agreed. I think many of us anticipated something like this happening with so many substitutions nowadays. A maximum of three was quite enough for any level of footb...

Re: Stockport-Bolton (BBC 2)
It appears that Exeter were told by the officials that they could make the 6th substitution, therefore, they had been wrongly advised by the officials. I think that, with this being the case, had the FA decided to throw them out of the competition, it would have led to an appeal because those in ch...

Re: Stockport-Bolton (BBC 2)
No option really because it was 0-0 at the end of normal time and then Exeter introduced their 6th sub and scored three times. Strangely enough, Bradford were refused a5th sub during extra time. What were the officials doing in allowing this to happen, particularly the 4th official who should have ...

Matterface has just said it's been a 10 out of 10 performance.
If it was a 5/10 performance it would still end up a thrashing. San Marino really are that bad.

Thought the lad did well in that instance. Can’t understand why people feel the need to constantly criticise him, I can only think it’s because Pope hasn’t been picked. Ramsdale is only 23 so plenty of time for him to keep improving. I'd go further than that. I think Ramsdale has the potential to b...

I’ve not seen it, but could it have been a lack of self belief, rather than looking like and old man? Had he been playing on the back of a few goals, he may have had the confidence to have a go.
