Re: Why the player boards are so important
I read someone say that they were being replaced by digital boards displaying the players. If this is the case they would be able to display the players on a loop. I think we’ve got crossed-wires People are talking about the current boards that are up being removed, to be replaced with the digital ...

Re: Why the player boards are so important
I guess a digital replacement would be good as fans would get to see all of the players on a slideshow as opposed to the limited number they may see on their approach to the turnstile. It would be nice to relocate them into the concourse or elsewhere if they are being removed though. Moving them to...

We had a minutes silence at our u11 game this morning
We were in our change shirt, but our number seven came upto me beforehand with holding his home shirt and asked to lay it on the center spot for the minute which was a lovely touch

Re: Burnley v Leeds - Match Day Thread
Comms already moaning about late offside flags. It is so simple. You play on, if a goal is scored you review, if not you play on. No need to stop the game for a FK. I said exactly this on the Fulham match thread. If it’s obviously offside flag straight away. If it’s a close call, play on and review...

And this is another classic tradition which ahs been lost now, the semi-finals being staged at a neutral venue that wasn't Wembley, playing the semi-finals at Wembley completely demeans the concept for me, Wembley should be exclusively for the final. This is it for me. The only reason the semi fina...

The new Tessutti shop is a big plus for the top centre, I’d be surprised if it lasts a few years though as it’s quite a big shop. It’s aimed at a certain market though, your Burton’s and M&S shopper is unlikely to shop there as whilst there’s some quality clothing, it’s all massively overpriced to ...

That’s where online shopping has got us. I did exactly the same on Wednesday. Went to Burtons to pick up a pair of shoes I needed for Thursday and it had closed down! Does it follow that because you have one your kids automatically get one? Same with Tony, just because he has one shouldn't mean the other 2 get one each?
