You'd be an idiot to regard any game in the championship as not being a test. We'll definitely lose some that nobody predicted.

I don’t condone the throwing in any way, but I note the following: A. Birmingham City didn’t care when their fans were lobbing lighters and coins at us on Wednesday night! B. Sunderland are daft for putting away fans above home fans. They are complicit in the problem. Indeed Sunderland are complici...

No surprises, the tickets didn't arrive in the post today, so I'm collecting reprints from Sunderland ticket office tomorrow.
I still maintain there's a batch of tickets that didn't get posted, and the ticket office basically don't know where they are.
What a ballache.

Silva and Raul at Wolves. Think Silva was on loan. Their squad in general are amazing at it. Grealish is very good at it too. You notice younger players are just getting better and better at it and it's more prominent now in the championship than it used to be. Barnes has gotten worse at it as he b...

Yeah……if you actually get that option. I didn’t. I’m still waiting for mine so looks like I’ll have to phone tomorrow and ask to be put on the re-print list to be collected at Sunderland. I ordered mine on 28th September. It really is a shocking service and I don’t buy the RM strikes as an excuse. ...

I dont dislike JBG, and he has had some great seasons with us. However for all his skills he looks slow and ponderous. OK last night he cut in and scored a beauty with his left foot. However how often do you see us break, give it to him on the right wing, and expect him to beat his man and cross wi...

Red button is non HD which is a bit sh!t. Most streams I've had have been better quality.
I have heard you can watch red button on the SkyGo app on the moby, but I had a look and it's not obvious.

Re: Footy tonight
Remember that in the Championship they still play to the old rules. Wharton was level with the back man in the wall. The linesman isn't expected to assess it to the nearest half a toenail. Unless the referee can be persuaded to use his magic spray to draw a line across the pitch at the crucial mome...

The park and ride is excellent for getting to the ground, but the queues for the buses to take you back are massive. If you don't mind stretching your legs, it's just as quick to leg it. One long straight road, so no difficulty. I walked back and got there before some waiting for the bus. Not a bad...
