So does this mean that some people need to arrive at 7pm, and some people need to arrive at 7.30pm, or the arrival time window is between 7.00pm and 7.30pm for some people, and 7.30pm and 8.15pm for others? It implies that the healthcheck can be done by the lead applicant. Which makes sense as there will be people attending who can’t complete an online form, too young, too old, no pc etc. Is the lead applicant going to be able to complete the health questionnaire accurately for everyone in their group?

I remember seeing a street performer on Brunshaw Road in May 2009, outside the club shop.
He had a megaphone, and I think his name was Paul. He was entertaining some people who had set up stalls selling claret and blue themed merchandise.
