Re: January transfer window rumours.

I kept my eye on Taylor last night and he did not look comfortable at centre half. Did not get off to a good start by being pushed off for the WBA first goal. But when we needed to move the ball forward and trailing his passing was very limited, and rarely forward. Because he is so left footed I hav...

Re: THB - on the pitch at the end...

I agree, I’d say it’s been an ever present for 10+ years, very rare in the last 10 years I’ve looked and thought, this team aren’t playing for each other. I think the fans play a huge part in that 1 club mentality, we stick with them through thick and thin, apart from a handful on here I think we’v...

Re: West Brom Fans reaction...

In our run of 8 league wins we have played some of the better sides in the Championship. WBA started off strongly and defended well, but in the end we had too much talent and energy. WBA would be a very dull PL side if they went up, and reminded me of a side managed by SD, ie well organised, good de...

Pretty much dry humping West Brom for 88 minutes until it was out of sight and then it’s all how Burnley have been great. Can’t stand Hinchcliffe and expected better from Wilder as I rate him. Agreed Hinchcliffe is poor-very critical and a big "know-all". Much prefer Don Goodman even if he is a Wol...

He frustrates me at times but how many times this season has he scored a vital goal or the winner to secure us the points. His goal tonight alongside our third v QPR shows once he is level or in front of someone there is no catching him, and his finish tonight with a difficult chance was fantastic

Very little creativity by us going forward and missing the composure of THB at the back. Taylor is a decent LB but definitely not a CH and dithers so much. The 3 players we have been after this week emphasise our shortcomings,Think we need Benson on soon, for Bastian and push Josh back to CM

I cannot believe that VK and CB flew over to watch him if they were not aware of the "worst case scenario" on the price the club would want. I think and hope we will reach a compromise. I have noticed that when we are defending a slender lead and trying to game manage in the last 10-15 minutes, VK has brought Taylor on to act as the third CH.With Beyer, Al-Dakhill and Ekdal , available it gives us good cover for THB , more height and the ability to play with 3 CH's at the same time...

Agree with TC above. Collins was an excellent acquisition and we moved fast to get him.
