We’ve just arrived in Lindos, here for a week. Boiling hot clear blue skys but the pilot did mention having to navigate a ‘weather system’ elsewhere in Greece.

Last season when they just said 'priority order' they just meant the one that had been used all season - 6000 points. So could well be just 2000 points for this one.

The system last Season relied heavily on us having most of the possession. We defended simply by not allowing the opposition to have the ball. That's just not true. The default number of points if you only have a Season Ticket is 1750, that means over 5 years you will have needed 25 additional games, cup games or away games to make up to the 2000 points. I dont think we have had enough cup games in the past 5 years to be 25 games alone, s...

Very naive today by Kompany I thought. Cullen was often very isolated, with the other 4 midfielders playing very high. Needs 2 of Berge/Brownhill/Ramsey with Cullen in there. Also way too much change too soon, by playing so many new players the invincibility feeling built up last season is automatic...

I hope the club don’t use this game as an indication for decisions on future away allocation.

Given it’s 3 weeks after the cup game, midweek and 3 times more expensive it’s quite likely we will get stung if it’s sale no return.
