Put your cursor over the plane and it will show the call sign, RAF are usually RR followed by a number or sometimes the tankers are Kayak. USAF have names like Large25 for tankers or Duke for helicopters.

There have been Global Hawk drones operating over the Black Sea, there's been one there for a few hours tonight and it's currently over Romania near the Moldova border.

Two, one flying 3000 feet over the other, over Cornwall. What a sight that would be. Going to Cornwall about 20 years ago we stopped at an M5 services South of Bristol, everyone was looking at the sky. I saw an interview with Jimmy Mac (could have been on the A Rhapsody in Claret and Blue video) JM said Bob Lord asked him what he thought he was worth as Haynes was on £100 a week, JM said £60 BL said you'll have to pay tax on that you'd better have £80.

It was a Bristow/Ciastguard Sikorsky S-92 it flew over Tod at 4AM I had just been woken by a noisy train and then heard the helicopter so I checked Flight radar 24 App.
