I think they should made standing mandatory every 10 mins in the Bob Lord. The demographics in that stand are prime for having a DVT. Would also be a good way to check everyone is still alive

I stopped smoking using a vape. Now addicted to the vape but weaning myself off it now.


Nowhere near as bad as smoking in my experience. I run 60 miles a week and compete at the top end of many fell races
