Hope you haven't set this company up Daniel just to lure people In
This one isn’t one of mine...
But that would’ve been a brilliant idea!
I think a few said I would require serious medical intervention if I had made this up, thankfully it wasn’t poppycock!

It isn't acceptable & to be honest nothing has ever been acceptable about this case from the start, the public should have got a say about the appropriate course of punishment a 4 choice option, for really serious crimes such as murder I'd abolish & bypass all the courts & roll out a system where t...

Couldn’t agree more with the OP. The fact the offenders have been released and one has re offended repeatedly is a disgrace.Clearly wired up wrong and no amount of therapy will help. Depends if the contract was to a cost, I can’t imagine we wouldn’t work to a cost and add penalties to the contract. The very nature of the build was time restricted, so it would be stupid not to include penalty clauses to safeguard the timely completion.

in what sense ? In the same sense that if a club agree a fee with another club for a player, and then that’s leaked to the press, and other clubs now start sniffing and potentially offering more money, or a more attractive offer you’d be pretty annoyed at being gazumped. The club might hold off on ...

Daniel I don’t pretend understand these things, but what you mean when you say it could be more troublesome now it is in the public domain? Depending on the nda, people could very easily, and without any intent or malice fall foul of key/protected information that it was originally put in place for.

Surely all this wouldn't matter if it was that far down the line as previously suggested?
It will remain until the deal is completely done, and will very likely remain in place post deal.
People want to know more, I’m suggesting that people can’t divulge more currently.

I don't think Mike Garlick wants to sell at all. He just feels that because of his limited wealth, he can't take us further and is doing what he firmly believes will help us to retain our PL status. So many people on here that have no clue about what's going on but are always happy to criticise. I ...

If you want a good rumour:
Tarks was left out of the England squad to help push him away from Dyches grip. One of the top six managers wanted that as a favour from Southgate.
No England place finally made him push for a new club.

I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if ALK had a multi-club model in mind it is a very popular concept in Private Equity circles From all the posts that both Daniel and Ben have made it is also pretty obvious that ALK are the front for the Football side of things, but that overall there is a c...

So from the Telegraph article, they could be wanting to use us to bring in prospects and sell them on at a profit, like what happens at Brentford. I'm not sure what to think of this, because that wouldn't really mean we have to be in the Premier League? They could use the club for that, regardless ...

Investors invest in capital ventures. That money has to move, it can come from a private individual, meaning it wouldn’t be announced. Or it can come from a company, if that’s company reports to an exchange, then it’ll be announced.

Don’t see the club as the purchase, they’re purchasing the potential/ability to be situated in a community and area that is geographically sound.
The club is a window into the uncapped earning potential they see in the Local area, Manchester and Lancashire if/when it becomes devolved.

Garlick once said that any takeover would be for no more than 49% of the club, as the current directors want to remain in control, so that they could stop stupid moves. You could be describing Ben Mee there, but he's done alright with us. I could, Ben has been an amazing player, but only because he’s been playing in a low block most of the time. Dunne is a good player, passionate, and obviously has the right mind set! I don’t personally think he will make it as a first choice consistent CB in the modern Premier League. He could very well carve out a Long style career. Aside from his heading ability, he’s slow on the turn, and doesn’t have t...

this should be the end of any thoughts of Worral from Forest, we can use that money elsewhere - Dunne is clearly good enough to be in the squad, I think for a debut against a team that will push the top 4 he has been outstanding
Worral is on his way, Forest have already bought his replacement

He’d do a better job at United than Maguire!! United have to great CB’s in McGuire and Linderlof, there weakness is Smallings strength, in the turn.
