Re: How we conceded today
I only have video from the moment Mee was turned. One thing that's starting to make me think is do we need a more physical presence in midfield. I know it been mooted on here we do look lightweight. I love the tactical side of football that's all and of course the Clarets. I cant wait to see the ful...

Part ot the reason they scored unfortuantly because he went tight with no cover at the left hand side, but lets be honest Lingaard movement and united going forward is impressive and they have had better change out of better players than we have.Vegas Claret wrote:how good has Ben Mee been again today, just immense

Our movement is so poor we miss Brady movement which brings other in the game were predictable all over from Tarkowski diagonal to Cork pull back. Truth is we have been found out and need that cutting edge hopefully Lennon.

I see a technical issue with Taylor his heads dropped when he runs with the ball. but he had a very decent half and looks a very good prospect.

I tend to agree with that. Re City - I think he did pretty well, certainly, and again the stats bear this out. The issue with the player is he not a number 10 and we don't have one. Spice you say he had a good game against City?. Not often we get bullied today we have with strength and pace. Midfield has been so poor and before we go on about Hendrick he has only today been as bad as most of the others.
We look tired and out of ideas this great season has taken it toll it looks.

Been saying this for weeks now. Barnes is the most natural “number 10” we have - and not just because it’s his squad number For me he lacks the technical ability to play there, yes he natural with his back to goal and can hold it but he not got the vision or ability to play there consistently. Agree Vegas they have run us to death today and we look tired.
We have dropped off the midfield too much.
We simply have not pressured the ball enough maybe due to fatigue.
