TOTAL NUTS = 248
I'll presume you want me to take 248 as your total score as that's the sum of the individual components

Food count - Brentford 16/03

If we're all nuts for doing this then you might as well count a few This week's food count is a 200g bag of Sainsbury's mixed nuts and raisins. Lots of points on offer this time, with the usual 10/5 scoring ratio applying. Please post your answers in this order; - Peanuts - Raisins - Almonds - Walnu...

I find that it's a real conversation killer when you meet people and they ask how old your kids are.

Some people genuinely have no follow up topics and look at you with bitter disappointment and want to get away quickly (To be fair that happens most of the time anyway 😃)

PSA is only a guide?
As explained to me, PSA is just a test of general prostate health. It doesn't detect cancer specifically.

A raised score doesn't necessarily indicate cancer, just that something is amiss that needs further investigation

As a result of your post, beddie, I ordered a home PSA test from the BKPCA. It is NOT painful, it's just quite tricky to catch the blood before the small hole heals ...

I got the same results i.e. my charge would roughly double compared to what I'm paying now

The thing is I already do have a meter so I think that their estimating algorithm is a little unreliable

From my experience (of New Delhi and Agra):
- Going vegetarian can sometimes be a safer option
- Try to eat something you can guarantee would have been cooked immediately and not stored in unknown conditions.

No guarantees either way but I managed to get through 10 days with no "incidents"

If you use Google/Apple pay then set it so that the device needs to be unlocked before a payment can be made.
