Get yourself a child first
I think they'll also need to be added to the system first.
Then add them to your account as a friends and family person.
Then you can pick two seats, change the seats named person to theirs and update basket.

So the ticket office is closed from 5pm, the online site doesn't work for direct debits and hasn't since the tickets went on sales, it takes longer then 50mins to get through to them during the day......
Welcome to 2017

The ticket office have told me there are only the odd single seats available in JMU so if you manage to get 2 together then farce springs to mindClarinetclaret wrote:Im looking at buying a adult season ticket in the jimmy mac upper online. How do i add the free child ticket?

Re: 2017/18 season ticket prices are frozen
Yes i added the child onto family and friends, added a season ticket for both myself and my daughter who is 7 but my daughters ticket was 90 pounds as it was coming up as an under 18 rather than the free one. I usually only attend as a walk on because of shift work, am I right in thinking that the whole of the jimmy mac upper is classed as the family stand or just block 7? The seating plan is a bit vague.
Having said that I've just seen a post above saying you can't set up direct debits online anyhow, is that correct?

Re: 2017/18 season ticket prices are frozen
I still haven't been able to do it, the club are aware when I tweeted them last night and I've fired off a reasonably polite email this evening because 3 days from launch of tickets and it still doesn't work.
I'm also bored of having to spend a minimum of 50 mins queuing on the phone before I run out of time and have to go back to work, but the ticket office doesn't open until 9am and closes at 5pm which is useless considering most people work until at least then.
It makes no odds what time I phone during the day either.
The instant pay work has been outsourced I believe, according to a bloke I spoke to when I rang the wrong number.

Is there any point in having an Adult, U22 or U18 tariff in the Bob Lord

Well my tickets are now sorted.
A chap called Nick Taylor answered my email and a helpful lad called Alex from the ticket office rang me and sorted it all out.
Going to be in the JML just to the right of the goal.

Yeah he was alright, changed the name on one of the tickets for me after my autocomplete called my son by my first nameClaretTony wrote:Alex is new in the ticket office and finding his feet, but he's doing alright.
Explained everything to me re the payment dates etc.
Checked everything before we finalised it all, no issues at all.

Re: 2017/18 season ticket prices are frozen
Just been confirmed that if your age change means that you will come under a different pricing group then the system will amend this automatically.
So if you are becoming a 'pensioner' over the next couple of months but want to retain your seat for next season on a direct debit basis, then you do absolutely nothing (just like a normal direct debit renewal) and the system amends the direct debit value.
Very good by the Club, this!

Can you opt not to pay less if you are over 65. You know, for no reason whatsoever.....
Re: 2017/18 season ticket prices are frozen
Seems to be working now. Just 1 last question, its give me a completely random seat, when can that be changed?
