Diego Costa
Am I the only one enjoying this saga?
After many years of football clubs having their players enticed away by richer clubs and seeing mega rich clubs, such as Chelsea, with billionaire owners effectively buying trophies, China has entered the arena paying stupid money. Costa has his head turned by the amount he could get and says he hates English football. Now Chelsea (and some sycophant journalists) of the are moaning that it is unfair.
Long may this continue.

Re: Diego Costa
I think it's hilarious, the big teams all being gazumped by the Chinese.
Sorry lads that's what you've been doing for years, what goes around comes around.

Re: Diego Costa
I certainly think that we have a better chance of getting something from Chelsea, when we play them at the Turf, if Costa is not present.

Re: Diego Costa
Bet the Brentfords and Swindons of this world are equally as pleased seeing us get gazumped and bemoaning the bigger clubs. This is football and it goes right down the chain at one level or another

Re: Diego Costa
I said 'better' chance. Playing any team without their leading goal scorer leads you to have a better chance against them. It's gone from as good as none to a slim one. Therefore it is 'better'.bobinho wrote:Errr... did you see them yesterday??? WITHOUT costa!

Re: Diego Costa
I'm not enjoying it - he was doing his very best to rescue my fantasy team from mediocrity. Now I'm relying on Gray and Deeney

Re: Diego Costa
Getting, say, £100 million for a player you can do without is hardly losing, is it ?
