Anybody else having trouble entering their account details on the official website? It just keeps refreshig when I press confirm.

Ah I'm a specialist in this subject this week and sent an email last night about it -
Good Morning Richard,

Our apologies, there is an issue with the Online option for Direct Debits. Our ticketing provider is dealing with this in all urgency and we hope to have this back up and running today (Thursday)
