Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Thanks for the response CT, but I've 2 season tickets in that section.
Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
I've give in and phoned ticket zone. It wasn't worth the hassle of trying again online and stressing myself up anymore.

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Got my tickets but for some reason some are showing as arriving in the post and some on the team card.
Only been on hold for an hour to 'customer services' to find out why, so hopefully they'll answer the phone before 9am on Monday.

Do you need to do it in 2 separate transactions?ClaretTony wrote:MACCA,
If you go to https://www.burnleyfc.talent-sport.co.uk and then click on Login at the top you will hit a sign on screen. You can sign in with your clarets number and password. I'm not certain but I'm sure the temporary password is your post code (without a space - i.e. BB104BX). That will take you through to register fully.
If you have any problems, ask on this thread.

Are you buying for someone else? You'll need to add them to friends and family.MACCA wrote:Do you need to do it in 2 separate transactions?

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
I needed to add my son too, I did it in 2 transactions to avoid frustration.ClaretTony wrote:Are you buying for someone else? You'll need to add them to friends and family.
Sorted it. Got the confirmation.
Hopefully will be just a case of turning up on the day at 14:45.

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If that b*oody 0871 number was no longer there we wouldn't need to be doing this.
I have 2 CFS season cards, mine and my Daughters.
Yes they are in my basket awaiting for me to pay, although the club have messed her age up
and appear to be doing themselves out of £5.
Good, big improvement here over Sunderland.
My problem is that I would also like to take my 15 year old son.
He is already in my Family and Friends and has been for years, but I am not able to add him
and get him a ticket, sat as near as possible to me.
It says that all non-reserved seats are on sale now.
Yet, there do not appear to be any in the CFS.
Or am I being stupid? (entirely possible).

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
The cricketfield is nearly full of season tickets and youth team corporate. Maybe they are not releasing tickets in there yet until they know how many season ticket holders purchase their seat.

Barry
If you log in your ticket should be there waiting for you.
Macca.
Are you saying, I buy my two, then I log in again as my son?
He has never logged in by the way.
However, as somebody has said, there don't appear to
be any in the CFS, surely they are not all season ticket holders
or reserved for Youth Team Corporate?
I managed to get two for the Boro game. The website
does say all non-reserved seats are for sale, I am genuinely confused.

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Can anyone help.?
I have been trying to use online service but I don't know my password.
Whenever I try to activate password recovery it says that my clarets number or email is not in the correct format.
When I try to register it says I'm already registered. In desperation I sent my daughter down to ticket office but apparently it closed at 12.30.
It will be a bit annoying if we lose our normal seats as the person I sit with is disabled and our seats are selected with this in mind.

The process for buying tickets online for myself and two other linked ST holders was very quick and easy - the way it should be.

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Is ticket office open tomorrow morning?
Didn't think it was, but on official site it says "Weekends (non-matchday) 9.15 - 12.30."
That clearly implies Sunday opening..

The shop in town is open on a Sunday I think - and you can purchase home tickets there.nil_desperandum wrote:Is ticket office open tomorrow morning?

That should work, if not try without capitals - that's been a problem for me before.

Also a problem if you've informed them that you've changed address but they haven't updated their records as I discoveredcav wrote:Nil_desperandum your password is your post code without any spaces, i.e: BB104BX

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
I signed in and the tickets were in my basket, they then disappeared. I tried logging out and back in but to no avail. Eventually tried on my mobile and they were back in my basket. Bit of a blag but got there in the end.

It still won't allow me access to my online account, and my daughter went down to ticket office half an hour ago, but it's closed despite what it says on OFFICIAL club site.
I don't get back till Tuesday, so will just have to go into ticket office and see what's left. Our seats will definitely have gone by rhen.
Did try ringing helpline but couldn't get through and was costing me a fortune on mobile from south of France.
All v irritating, but anyway, I must get my online account sorted out this week.

Clarettintedlense wrote:Can see it now. Some season ticket holders wont order in time and someone will get 'their seat'. Then when they insist its their seat and rock steady (or whoever they are these days) will ask to see the ticket. When they show their ST rather than paper ticket and it correlates with the other persons paper ticket its going to be pandemonium.
I will bring the popcorn.
I don't get why this would be a problem? Haven't we given season ticket holders the right to reserve the seat for cup games for years and if the seat isn't reserved I have never seen an argument etc before with said ST holder demanding their seat when getting to the game.

My ticket purchase isn't showing when I log into my Team Card account, is it showing for anyone else?
I've kept the email confirmation to provide proof of purchase to show in case there is an issue at the turnstile!

It wasn't showing on mine the other day but it is now, although it appears to be an early kick off
I have also got a screen shot of order confirmation just in case
