Barnsley v Leeds

Post by kaptin1 » Sat Jan 21, 2017 6:59 pm

What a cracking match this is. Superb free kick by Hourihane for Barnsley to go 3-1 up while Leeds have just pulled one back with a penalty for a Marc Roberts handball that was a yard outside the area. Barnsley look a very useful side though and it's not surprising that so many of their players are in demand.

Only realised yesterday, I've seen Roberts play a few times.
Spent the best part of a season at Buxton.

Surprised we never went in for Hourihane going Villa maybe. Looks like half their squad are moving in the January window.

Very good game, that Hourihane is impressive, wouldn't mind him here.

Shocking decision by Mike Dean,Roberts hand ball outside the area
Barnsley deserve victory, just hope that penalty does not effect the result

Am I right in thinking Leeds have a terrible record at Barnsley. Im sure they often get heavily beaten and it's usually live on Sky.

I'd love it if Huddersfield nicked auto spot with Newcastle and both Brighton and Leeds failed in the playoffs.

Not gonna happen, but I can hope.

Hope we're regularly scouting Barnsley, lot of good young players and not just the lanky centre half.
