We're blessed here in the South East by having Rachel Mackley on the weather and Bryony Mackenzie on the news (BBC South East Today). Check them out by searching on their names on the web and you won't (I hope) be disappointed. Whoever is in charge of HR and recruitment at that organisation deserves a medal.

Aye - she's a nice lass our Keeley. Although I can't look at her any more without hearing "are you looking at me love?" - a friend of ours (known for his dry wit) pointed out that she's boss-eyed - we went "really? Give over" - he was insistent and then threw in his infamous "are you looking at me love?". next time she came on we checked and sure enough he's right. It's ever ever so slight and not constant - hardly noticeable at all - but you can't un-see it!!

She's still alright though - and proper northern like all the Look north team.

Boss eyed or Bog Eyed? Was always bog eyed where I grew up. Just realised that starting this post was a sure sign that middle age has kicked in. Bottle of red wine in front of the telly then getting excited when Kate Silverton comes on. Sad but true.
