RATE THE REF - League Table Update - Friend up one place

Both Michael Oliver and Kevin Friend had excellent performances in the games against Watford (a) and Chelsea (h) respectively. Kevin Friend scored an average of over 90 points in his latest showing, which saw him advance one position up the table. Oliver maintained his current standing and thus, didn't move.
