Lactose intolerant so I need an alternative.

Soya tastes like water with cardboard in.

I prefer the nut or rice based drinks, especially almond.

It's food for baby cows. We don't need it

I'd avoid soya because of the oestrogen in it.
You tried goats milk (yeah I know there's lactose in it)?

We don't need to drink milk from an animal. (Or eat meat.)

Almond or soya all the way for me.

We are omnivores. We don't need to do very much. But we have evolved to eat meat as part of of our naturally balanced diet

A Friesian (black and white) cow gives 7,000 litres of milk in a year, there are 2 million dairy cows in the UK giving us 14 billion litres of the white stuff, plenty to go round. Get it down yer.

Dairy farmers always whinging about the price of milk. Maybe they should make Mature Cheddar with it and flog it at £10/kg to make some brass!
