Burnley girl - remember as a young kid at the Thompson Centre - footie mad and better than most boys her age - had an excellent career to boot - not read it yet but looks extensive

"He has unpicked the mentality of the whole town" - a nice way of summing up Dyche's methods. The character of players is as important as their skill sets. A good article by another Burnley supporter.

"That outlook is at the core of how he operates, and he clearly pays the same level of detail to his relationship with his coaching staff, the board, the media - and the Clarets supporters"

I'd luv it if he tried to unpick the mentality of some on this Board !!!

Yes, YOU !!!

You know who you are

Good read.

Wonder if Pope was 2 or 3 minutes late which resulted in him led in the river.

"hard-working, humble, unassuming and resilient"

About sums up the man. Spend a couple of minutes talking to him and you realise he's a man-mountain of a character. You can clearly understand how his lads will bust a gut every game to deliver a performance.

Excellent article.

Brushing Boyds hair, maybe adding a french plait, depending on what day of the week it is.

I bet even SD can't unpick the mentality of some on here! A very good article and an insight into why we are so fortunate to have him as our manager.

A mate in Tokyo just sent me that article. You saved me putting it up. Very interesting. I didn't realise she was from Burnley.

Recent profile of Scott Arfield, our Canadian international,l referred to having to sing a song in front of the group. There might also have been similar mentions in the profile of Michael Keane, our England CB.

Based on the number of profiles of Burnley players and manager, perhaps there should be a forfeit for not doing a media profiled during the season.

Lot's of the team have been profiled. I'm sure someone has got the full collection.

Linking to the a/cs thread: if Burnley media profile is raised, perhaps the sponsorship revenue will be get a boost - and perhaps the budget for team building will benefit?

All but three of the 26 players used by Burnley in the Premier League this season are Dyche signings
I can only think of two - Mee and Marney. Who's the third?

23 out of the 26 are Dyche signings - and people say we don't sign enough players - also point out that 2 of those 26 have come from the Dev Squad which is still in the early stages of reinvigoration - green shoots of hope in that direction though obviously some way to go to where we want it to be

So you're agreeing with my comment re which 3 players weren't signed by Dyche?

Ralph's Comb, what makes you so sure he's not on this board, already? Does anybody really know who Saxoman is, or indeed Pstotto?

Its just a shame that some empty headed morons from Shadsworth hijacked the Have Your Say section.
If there is a more pathetic bunch of bitter bed sores out there, I am yet to discover them.
