Another good Dyche interview appears

Post by Chester Perry » Sat Apr 01, 2017 5:34 am

I love it when he says - to manage - it's a verb, that is what we are supposed to do

Indeed another great interview.

Also include a photo of Sean levitating, to demonstrate his God-like abilities.

"Dyche spoke candidly about his ability to cheat gravity. 'There's no point in me trying to become lighter than air or trying to take of by generating Barcelona levels of enough thrust. So you look at it from a different angle and play to your strengths. Some people say I'm just jumping for a very, very long time but the stats back me up on this. When you break down levitation and study the stats, that's all it is - jumping for a very, very long time. Nobody levitates forever. Not even me!'

But Dyche does not bare a grudge against his critics. 'Back in the Championship, you'd hear it every week. It was so-and-so saying 'Sean can't really levitate or Burnley always play the long ball.' At the end of the day though you take it on the chin. If another manager wants to claim I can't really levitate then so be it. The picture proves otherwise. But it's not about me and my levitating skills, it's a results business and if having the ability to levitate for longer than any other manager helps then that's all that matters.' "

Hate to praise the Mail, but that's possibly the most revealing interview I've read or heard with Dyche.

Obviously the Daily Mail has appointed a new executive responsible for bringing some middle class humour to the rag first with "Legs It" and now Sean Dyche with "Legs Up."

Hilarious.

His comment about playing Barcelona football and managers making the claim that they'll get their teams playing like that and then being fired is worth remembering.

That stood out to me too. It probably needs to be repeated on a regular basis when the style of football is criticised on here.

Rowls that was brilliant. Still laughing about the picture. As The Mail said The new training ground should be named after him. I think that at sometime it will be. Dyche is creating a Dynasty and long may it continue
