Stoke corner. It's with Heaton now. Comfortable save from a free header.

HT. Not great. Need more width (Brady) and Barton giving it away too often. Stoke are a decent side and should be ahead having had two massive chances.

Really poor.

We finally get our most talented player onto the pitch from the start and isolate him in a totally alien position, I honestly cannot understand playing Defour as almost a left wing back as he is tonight.

Play him in the middle of the pitch, or send him back to Belgium and get Brady into that team - this is pointless.

Vokes off Barnes on will make a huge difference. Sam just can't hold the ball up at this level :(

For Christ's sake put Defour in the middle! We're crying out for a bit of control in central midfield.

Hoping Barton off at HT, alongside the fact he has been woeful, the duel with Adam is likely not going to end well.

Please God move Defour to the middle.

Brady for Gray, get Defour alongside Barton pulling the strings and utilise Hendricks energy and mobility to link midfield and attack.

Lets be honest; how Boyd continues to start I'll never know; for running around OK; he can't run 10 yards without being caught; can't turn with the ball and get away; just passes backwards, always back to goal; never plays balls through; can't cross, hardly crosses when in position; defensively he aint doing that much as they are countering often.
Can someone please explain to me what he does to merit a place?

Think we will lose this. Ball doesn't stick with front two. Vokes might as well be a cardboard cut out. If they score first I think that's it.Defour at least has some class about him and Mee and Ward look good.
