He has switched to trying to be a strong man, as opposed to running onto balls at pace....which he seems to have lost, owing to his stronger physique!
Has not got good control at all. Did try hard, so that's positive and made one excellent turn and shot which was blocked.

Out of contract at the end of next season so we need to find a system that plays to his strengths or make a decision on whether he has a future at the club under the current manager and framework
He can also be thinking himself whether staying with us is helping or hindering his progress

Gray is a good player, although we need to play to his strengths more. We need to utilise his pace better.
