got to play through young Jeff, he's our most creative player of those that get picked. I thought he was pretty good today

One of our best players, shows flashes of what he's capable of, the system and hoofball just doesn't bring out the best of him enough.

I'd be interested to see how he does playing off the striker now he's properly found his feet at PL level.

His ability to carry the ball is at present one of our most threatening bits of play.

Looks about the only player who could get on Brady's wavelength with some great pass and move interplay when they got near each other further forward

It's very obvious now with Dufour fit and not playing
That it's a personality issue with him and Dyche.
Very silly of Dyche if we get relegated
His stubbornness could cost him his job

Whats that got to do with Jeff?

Both Hendrick and Brady played well today - will both be big for us next season

Brady was drifting too much off the wing poor second half

I don't think there's much doubt that Hendrick is too good a player for the role he's been given. It's needs must, however, at the moment and I reckon the Brady/Hendrick pairing will drive us to the 40 point mark.

I just can't understand why SD didn't try 4 5 1 with the midfield strength in depth he has at his disposal rather than lump it up to see if Barnes can
out muscle Fellaini. After twenty minutes it was a failed plan.

All about opinions I guess. I thought Brady interchanging and coming in midfield helped link our midfield and our limited attack better. As mentioned above. Hendrick and Brady seem to be on the same wavelength and I think it was Brady who was helping knit it together and created that for a couple of Hendrick's strong runs. There were a few moments there was clever inter-play (notably Ward was involved in one) where that final ball was oh so close to being incisive or brilliantly defended by Bailly in particular, who was fabulous yesterday. I've been a critic of Hendrick and Brady in particular but what I saw bodes well considering the opposition.

If you're going to bang on about the same player on every thread, at least get his name right.
