I really have become a miserable old fart. I find myself becoming increasingly intolerant of today's policing culture. I even find myself turning the news off and no longer read newspapers because the majority of stories just wind me up.

The following article just typifies the problems with today's society. Jobsworths, ridiculous rules, lack of understanding, flexibility and common sense.
