Hopefully, someone with more photo skills than me and my mate with the Box Brownie will carry it forward.

As Mrs Kehoe, from number 79, used to say over her bedspread thrown over her living room table...

"Is there anybody there?!"

(She looked like a proper Nora Batty lookalike in those thick brown lisle stockings rolled down to just above her knees!)

It is addictive... Me and Spot have enjoyed it too.

It came from a simple image of the ball hitting Chris Pearce's crossbar at Wemb-ber-lee!!!

I do hope someone has the kahunas to take it on ;)

Congratulations Buxton, although you are lucky I had to miss last week but one, or you
would have been stuffed out of sight !!!

I move that the winner in each season takes over the role of running the competition -
that'll keep Buxton away from us mere mortals.

Thanks must go to Ralphy and Spot for doing such a fantastic job - well done chaps.

Now, the final choices of Fd :-

Haha
I just wouldn't know how to do it, Funky, even if I had the time!
My IT skills grind to a halt at a Google search/basic copy & paste, posting a pic!

Absolutely no bloody idea how Ralphy & Spot make the ball disappear and then put the thing back again!
Wouldn't even know how to grid the photos!

Actually Buxton, me and Spot have learned "on the hoof" which is the best way. Anyone with basic Photoshop skills can do it very easily. The real trick is hiding the ball from people with 3D vision like your good self. Another must is having someone with a Box Brownie who can sneak the odd photo or two when the Ref isn't watching ;)

I imagine it'll look something like this one

Hoping for a strong finish to consolidate my third spot and hopefully beat Buxtons score and lay my nemesis to rest.

Big thanks to Ralph and Spot for what turned out to be a surprisingly addictive competition. I'm going to miss this in the summer and hope that someone has the time and skills to take it on for next season. I'm getting my 3D glasses cleaned and ready.
