i've been reading the threads on McArthur, Barry and Cork and it got me thinking about what we lack. IMO, in midfield, it's leadership. This was what Joey brought in that was missing. Somebody to boss people around and let them know when they are not doing their job.
We are fine at the back with Tom and Ben but the midfield looks a bit quiet.
I can see McArthur and Barry driving people on but not Cork, fine footballer though he is, but with Barrys age his legs might have gone, not good in our system.
Whelan could be the one but McArthur for me.
