....and certainly irritating about who is going to join us or not. What about we stay as we are, no more signings or departures. We run down Andre's contract ( maybe reconsider in January) work with what we have and avoid these silly prices being quoted for incoming players, who may well prove to be no better than we already have.If Defour continues to be a bit part player then so be it until he moves on, maybe JBG will play a bigger part than he was able to last season.

I, as much as everyone else, relish the thought of bringing in new or high profile players but not at any price and ridiculously high wage demands at the expense of losing the more valuable and certainly less costly team spirit. Maybe I am just talking a load of rubbish !!

with our 3 new signings which have a good 7 weeks to settle in and getting the way sd sets the team up, im feeling confident about the coming season, ok we havnt spent crazy money but i reckon sd has done some shrewd business and with the combination of youth and expierience i think we will do ok.Should we make any more signings all the better, another pacey striker would be nice, and i think we will start the season with another new face leading the line, cant wait utc

I suggest the OP's approach is the fastest way to relegation and equally important, a rather dull season.

Let's be dynamic...more exciting signings and a real belief we are a Premier League club. Not just for 1 or 2 years but more many.

What many people forget is the importance of determination and passion in a club. Burnley are here to stay! If the players believe that we should see more away wins. UTC!
