Should be received at some point in July, if you haven't received by end of the month then you should contact the club.

Anyone buying a season ticket now from the ticket office is getting a new card. An external company is producing and sending out the new cards for existing season ticket holders.

Mines just arrived (or at least one of them has).

It's arrived in a Claret And Blue card sleeve emblazoned with YOUR NEW BURNLEY FOOTBALL CLUB TEAM CARD and the club badge on the front. No signature or proof of delivery required. Surely it would have been better and more secure) to send them out in a plain envolope (and more cost effective ?)

I just hope the arrival of my 2nd card is imminent

I believe there was a problem when the new cards were produced, rather than updating old cards, that people had moved houses etc so the club had the wrong address details where to despatch to.

Almost threw ours out as they were in amongst the junk mail from Dominoes. Very poor packaging and a very flimsy card for something that's supposed to last a year or more.

Could and should be a lot better - but at least it arrived

Ours arrived today. No need to sign. And nothing wrong with the packaging. In a small white envelope with my full name and address on it. So I wouldn't have mistaken it for junk mail.

They're not, 1 just had sycamore avenue on it with no number, there are over 200 houses on sycamore avenue. some were ineligible, 2 of mine arrived but my other sons has gone to our old address but luckily the occupier took it to the club shop and i received a phone call this afternoon informing me about it and asking where to send it.

I got mine this morning but found that they hadn't moved my seat as arranged on the first day of swapping. Phoned the ticket office only to be told that all seats in that area of the Cricket Field Stand were sold out.

I was transferred to the office manager who said she would have a look as to why there was no record of my change and 2 hours later got a call from her to let me know that I had got the seat I had originally been told was unavailable (I had ended up with my second choice) as the new holder of that ticket had failed to pay their direct debit three times.

The one that arrived here today wasn't in an envelope, just a flimsy, not sealed, folded card emblazoned on the front with YOUR NEW BURNLEY FOOTBALL CLUB TEAM CARD.

Mine arrived today packaged just like posts 17&18. Not impressed as it was easy to steal. Mind you I suppose it would take a pretty cheesed off rovers fan postman to throw it away!

Not great. I obviously got the same but inside a sealed envelope. Seems like whoever has administered this on behalf of the club possibly hasn't done what was specified. Feels like the club needs to be aware.

Not got mine yet, but living in Lower Darwen there is just more than a little hint of concern about stories of the packaging as it is!!! Will be a happy bunny if it does show up, don't need that hassle!!

I wasn't aware a new one was being sent out and I've recently moved house. I was alerted by a family memeber who received theirs in the post. Contacted the ticket office today and I have to call back in a couple of weeks so that they can send another one to my new address. Just hope the guy who bought my last place isn't a Burnley fan.

Received one of the four in our household today. Thought the packaging was very poor and just asking for cards to go missing. I actually phoned the ticket office as I wasn't expecting new cards (everyone is getting a new one apparently) so thought I'd just mention the insecure way of delivery. The chap said he thought the packaging design was poor but the decision was "okay'd" from above. He did also say if you haven't received your card nearer the start of the season then let them know and they will issue another whilst deactivating the first ones. What could possibly go wrong? :D
