I haven't received mine as yet. I did a seat swop in May and had a feeling then that this might not go very smoothly.

I rang the ticket office this afternoon and was told by a lady in the ticket office that they are not being dealt with by the club but by a third party. She did say that the last ones were sent out yesterday and if I didn't receive it by the end of the week to ring them next week and they would get it reprinted.

I'm afraid to say she had a bit of a "not my problem" tone to her voice. Which I suppose you could say it isn't really.

First home game is yonks off yet so I'll panic In a few weeks time.

Mine arrived today and I took it out of the packaging without even opening it!
I hadn't read this post by then so I wasn't prompted to do so.
I really do think that there is a high level of stupidity here with the whole design. Advertise blatantly on the front what the contents are, and then use incredibly insecure packaging.

2 out of 3 of mine have come. No real issue with the packaging as if it was stolen misplaced, can be easily cancelled by the club. Anyway not sure there would be many people in Slough that wanted to steal my card.
New seats on them too, following a seat swap. No reason why the third should be any different.

Mine arrived this afternoon, delivered by my usual postman who knows that I support the Clarets and he wanted to know what a Team Card entitles you to. He was surprised when I said that it was my season ticket and wanted to know why it is called a Team Card. He thought that is was a photograph!

73..not really an issue.

Packaging was a little flimsy but ANY that go missing will get cancelled and a new one issued, to your address.

No one can sit in your seat except you..you are ( or will be) the only one with a bona fide BFC membership card for the imminent season.

I thought I had cursed it when I booked our friendly tickets and they said they will be added to your new cards you will receive in the post, I asked what if they don't turn up and she said the will...

The 2 cards arrived today for my son and I, phew... in Burnley we trust ?

Mine has arrived to my old address though, which I did change several months ago. Luckily I'm on good terms with the ex wife so she didn't chop it up

I moved house three weeks and updated all our profiles immediately with the new address. My card made it to me thanks to royal mail's redirection service but two others with different surnames were not part of the redirection so I presume have gone to the old address.

I can just about understand how they will have done an export of data at some point to give to the company making the cards (although they could have done this immediately before production), so I accept that these things could happen. I've emailed the ticket office and asked for replacements to be sent. Their response: "Please contact the ticket office at the end of july. We will happily reprint the season ticket for you."

I've contacted them already and told them the situation, why they need me to contact them again to tell them the same information only they will know.
