I appreciate what a cash generator this is for clubs but if they alternated changing the home and away strip annually perhaps more away strips would be sold.
As it stands it's the fanatics who buy every strip who are being seriously ripped off.

Odd that a large part of the article is taken up with someone arguing for 'sell by dates' in shirts. Surely anyone who has bought a shirt in the last 20 years knows that they last one season and that's all. Not aware of any club that doesn't bring out new shirts every season now, in any of the top four divisions.
