Lancashire League Cricket: LCB Cup

Post by Dressinggown » Sat Aug 12, 2017 11:03 pm

Lowerhouse won a bowl out at Clitheroe this afternoon and will now face Burnley CC in the semi-final.

The start was delayed due to a wet pitch and the 'House were put into bat. Both Clitheroe opening bowlers had no problem with their run ups until the visitors started hitting the boundary. Next minute both pulled up with 'injuries' on their run ups and the match was abandoned.

Lowerhouse professional Ockhert Erasmus hit the stumps twice to set up a big derby tie.
