Hi all,

I'm on the lookout for a copy of Dave Thomas' book Defiant To The End. I've contacted Dave directly to see if I can purchase one, but he doesn't have any more in stock.

Does anyone have a copy they have read and would possibly consider selling? I'd be happy to buy.

Dave you haven't looked into Amazon's Print on Demand? Or maybe you have and just wanted to do a limited run.

Also, if anyone has a copy they'd be willing to lend me, I'd be happy to pay a rental fee/deposit. I'm reviewing a batch of Dave's books for a website, hence my interest.
