Yes! Deny the full backs any space in the final third, congest the midfield and sit deep.

It's since we beat Leicester at the end of Jan. Just the 2 home wins I think. Stoke and palace. We have been sussed and don't have the options to sort it due to poor recruitment. If tarks and mee stay fit we will stay up. If either are out for any length of time I fear for us.

But as has been mentioned we didn't half ride our luck at times earlier in the season.

Everton, Palace, Southampton, etc. which could easily have resulted in different scores.

Even against Boro we created very little apart from a goalkeeping mistake.

People were moaning about away results - SD made changes to the system that are only now starting to bear fruit away from home but, unfortunately, have cost us much of the solidity we were displaying at home.

The old saying of "Be careful what you wish for" could hardly be more apt!

We've lost four Premier League home games since Christmas, to Spurs, Man Utd, WBA and a dead rubber against West Ham.

If our home form was as bad as our away form last season, and our away form was as good as our home form last season - we'd stay up and have people complaining.

Also a strange thread title given that the first four home games (six if you include the FA Cup) after Christmas were all won
