Impressive!

I have a few that aren't in that collection, but you have some that I'd love to have, particularly the white and yellow Spall shirts in the bottom right corner

The White Spall shirt was my first Burnley shirt (84/85ish?)

I've always thought we should have had a similar away kit since.

When you said checked, I imagined a Burberry collection.

The yellow Spall one went to the Milk Cup semi at Liverpool, and World Cup in Spain 82 v France. For some strange reason it no longer fits me!

The blue Ribero one is one of my favourites. They’ve brought a replica out in the club shop but it looks rubbish.

Which is the white one between last seasons Home shirt and the Puma Fun88 one?

Edit: worked out it’s the away from Dyche’s first promotion season.

Good spot re the video player!
It’s there ‘cos I’m slowly transferring old VHS tapes to disc like the tapes from around the 4th division time,
They all live in a box in the attic, along with loads of rubbish memorabilia- I’ve got a “Eli, Burnley’s secret weapon” T shirt, scrap books from the 70’s - whilst horrible in the scrapbook is a photo of a young Oldham fan with a dart right in the middle of his forehead!
Next weekend I may take a similar pic of all my programmes and away match ticket stubs!
Lots of happy memories even if we were ****!
I now go with my son and have many a happy time with him. Proud to be Clarets!

Apart from the shite Fun 88 across it the yellow and Claret one was a decent shirt from around that season.

Love me yellow and Claret.

Certainly very impressive and just makes me even more annoyed since I had a great many of those shirts (definitely by no means all though) at one time and chucked them out.

Wow, I have that fire ! Cannot touch the collection though as I tend to pass mine on to to family friends at home and abroad. My favourite shirt that I wore on the Orient game went in my mums coffin.

I've got 3 that aren't in that pic.

A Spall, pale blue 3rd kit kit with a claret V neck. From around 90.

A white Enesse (ENS) away from 88. The Sherpa Van year.

And a yellow Umbro away kit, with the diamonds down the sleeve from 77. When the home shirt was the big V.

Maybe wrong but I remember having the simple plain claret shirt, round blue collar and long sleeves from Cockers sports shop before replica shirts every year became the norm. My mum and dad got me what I felt was the first “must have” shirt with the “V” which got worn to death, then the silky claret Umbro one with shiny light blue shorts first modelled pre-season by Peter Noble!

Can't see a 'Multipart' Eighties one there. I've one somewhere
(Probably buried under the mounds of junk in the spare room.)

FWIW, I thought the green and black halves was rather cool. 8-)

I've got the 87/88 white shirt in v good nick - no sponsor on it. It's a medium in today's sizes but large on the label as I recall. Doesn't fit so happy to consider any offer to swap or similar if anyone has a gap in their collection.

I collected a massive amount of Burnley shirts, Home, away, limited editions and hundreds of programmes signed by the players. Spent years collecting them and was really proud of my Burnley Football Club memorabilia - it was huge.

Then one day, I realised it was taking up way too much space and it was all worthless - so I binned everything.

Jimmy maccer, I have the umbro at the front of your collection but too small for me as it is large youths. Would you consider a swap or swap plus cash?
Also I'd be interested in buying any of your Spall (except for the checkboard one) is they are size medium or small.

Electro - ditto for the multipart one :)

I also have a large youths yellow spall away one i can swap

Would need to know what the swap would be for first. The green and black one can definitely stay where it is. Doesn't have to necessarily be for another shirt either...

I have loads of old Burnley shirts pal, most on that picture apart from the two Spall shirts, and others too.

What size are you?

Other than those shirts, I have a few match worn shirts and some old tracksuit tops and drill tops. Loads of other BFC memorabilia too - signed pictures from promotion seasons, old programmes - so give me a shout

I have a picture of myself in the same round neck, long sleeved shirt from Cockers. Back in those days the badge was just a claret ball on a blue shield. I can't post it as I'm away.

The home shirt from the same season or the 88/89 home shirt would be the ones I'd be interested in if you have either? They would be for a gift so medium or large would be OK. Otherwise I might consider selling it - seems a waste just to be tucked away.

I've only just joined the group and found this post. Thats a fantastic collection, I love the white mid eighties shirt, my oldest replica is a mid 60's home shirt. I'm not sure if Umbro just put out a generic claret and blue shirt but but this one is around mid 60's, and as I understand they didn't put badges on replicas.
