Re: Dec/Jan tv fixtures
Not surprised really and good news as unlikely we would benefit from any additional money at end of season anyway

Re: Dec/Jan tv fixtures
We've been on 4 times (Sky + BT) so far I think: Spurs away, Palace home, Everton away and Toon home. With the Spurs home game in Dec, it will make the 5 shown.
Looking at the numbers on that chart and comparing with league position: Everton (9), Leicester (10) are over-represented whilst Clarets and Watford (5 each) seem under-represented.
I guess they go by fanbase (here and abroad) as well as league success though.

Bigger the attendance, more likely to get on telly.

It's audience based for advertisers. I'm sure someone posted we only average about 300k viewers for our games.IanMcL wrote:Bigger the attendance, more likely to get on telly.

Re: Dec/Jan tv fixtures
Oh aye, it was moved because of the RL Challenge Cup final wasnt it.
Re: Dec/Jan tv fixtures
Bit surprised at that really. Thought maybe Liverpool at home and definitely United at home would get moved. Oh well, time to check if there's any decent train tickets left for Palace.
