We get 2400 tickets for this fixture, they have some home supporters in the same stand like we do in the CF.

Yes 2,340 I think is the official figure, far cry from the days when you got all 4,000+ and option of pay on the day.
Doing the right thing minimising the away following, and it seems to be paying off for them.

Couldn't have a better away game over the festive season. Already got tickets sorted for home end, not ideal but better than missing out.

Huddersfield tickets

Post by moaninclaret » Thu Nov 23, 2017 12:33 pm

I notice the pricing for this game is £20 for the over 60s, the majority of other pl clubs concessions are for the over 65s, well done Huddersfield, i hope other clubs start to look at this and give us discount, a shot in the arm for us owd gits

Not many clubs do now. West Brom,I think, are the other Premier League club. More likely to go up rather than down for clubs I’d expect with changes to retirement age.

Over 60s should pay more. They've had more time to save up

At 60 you should probably have more disposable income with the mortgage paid off and not quite retired.

On the official Huddersfield site, match report for the Man United it states 2400 away fans.

That's where I got my info from.

It was a general statement. Based on most people starting their mortgages around 25, a bit later now for most, granted.

The senior” category for our tickets use to be at 60.
Dad’s birthday is in December and the year he turned 60, the month after we released details of the following years seasons tickets - where the senior category was changed to 65

To say he wasn’t happy was an understatement :?

Since then he’s been to more away games over the last few years since the senior category has been more widely implemented than ever before and hoping to get to this one

Really fancy this one but not sure I dare book a train up from London. Not sure ticket sales will make it as far as ST holders without a shed load of points?

Senior tickets were indeed for the over 60s.
Got my first season ticket at the reduced rate 15 years ago.
Happy days.

You might be lucky with most ST holders with 5k points going to United a few days earlier.
